- Prepare 1 tsp of mustard seeds.

- Prepare 1 of grated bell pepper.
- You need of Sweet corn.
- Prepare 1 of grated carrot.

Vegan Mushroom Pilau step by step
- To a sufuria add olive oil and your mustard seeds. Sautee your onion, garlic and ginger until brown.
- Add in your mushrooms and cook them down for about five minutes while stirring.
- Proceed to add in your pilau masala and any other spices you wish to add before placing your rice and water in and covering everything up for about 12-15 minutes to allow the rice to cook.
- At this point you proceed to make your slaw as the pilau is cooking. Chop up and grate your ingredients then mix everything up in one bowl. In a separate bowl mix in your acv, black pepper and olive oil to make your vinaigrette and drizzle it over your slaw as the dressing..
